Our Cleanrooms: ISO Class 6 & 8 Film Production
Our state-of-the art Clean Foil Hall (CFR-VIII) and Clean Bag Room (CBR-VI) are designed to produce clean packaging from start to finish, for the food & beverage, ice cube, medical, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries, in full compliance with ISO 14644 (classes 8 and 6 respectively).
Both facilities are custom-built to maintain highly controlled production conditions, with greatly diminished concentrations of airborne contaminants.
The CFR-VIII ventilation unit utilizes special stainless steel filters, profiles, and bag filters
The CBR-VI is nested within the CFR-VII and utilizes additional HEPA and bag filters
